* Experience in a similar role, especially in Key Stage 1 and/or working with SEN students.
* Team Teach training (essential).

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to Key Stage 1 students, focusing on boosters and interventions.
* Work within a Year 3 classroom to support students with SEN and SEND needs, promoting their social and emotional development.
* Implement Team Teach strategies to ensure a safe, structured learning environment.
* Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt lessons and resources for individual needs.
* Support both academic and social learning, helping students to build confidence and independence.
