The role… The Commercial Excellence function within Global Data comprises Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Pricing and GTM Tech teams which exist to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of its GTM operation. We are looking to recruit an experienced Revenue Operations Director to lead a high impact team focussed on driving commercial activities across our global B2B organisation. This role will be central to optimizing sales performance, managing critical revenue processes, and enabling scalable growth through operational rigor and innovation. What you’ll be doing… Sales Performance & Insights Lead the design and delivery of performance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards that give actionable insights to sales leaders and drive revenue accountability across teams. Sales Quotas & Commission Design Own end-to-end quota setting processes and incentive plan design. Ensure they are aligned with business objectives, drive the right behaviours, and are operationally scalable. Sales Process & Efficiency Identify and implement process improvements across the sales cycle. Standardize and optimise workflows to reduce friction and improve seller productivity. Sales Reporting & Analytics Oversee the production of regular and ad hoc reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and forecasting. Sales Gamification Build and scale gamification initiatives that drive motivation, competition, and engagement across global sales teams. Commission Operations Ensure accurate, timely calculation and payment of commissions in partnership with Finance. Manage dispute resolution processes and ongoing plan governance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure full alignment across go-to-market functions. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 RevOps professionals across analytics, process, and performance domains. Promote a culture of high standards, continuous learning, and collaboration. What we’re looking for… Proven experience (7 years) in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions within a B2B environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. Deep understanding of sales processes, performance management, quota setting, and commission structures. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights. Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and sales performance management platforms. Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
