Kingdom Services Group has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Of Sales - Cleaning and facility management to join our established and successful Sales Centre.
Position Details
* Location: Nationwide
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary: £90,000.00 per annum
* Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm (must be flexible to suit business needs)

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications & Licenses:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred but not essential.
* Full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, and right to work compliance.
* Minimum 5-years, experience in a senior sales role within the Cleaning sector, with a strong commercial and pricing background.
* Full UK driving licence

* Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, including direct sales, sales management, or sales operations.
* Business Development Experience: Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth.
* Operations Management: Managing operations related to sales and business development (process optimization, resource allocation, performance management).
* Leadership Experience: Leading and managing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy – Build and lead a sales strategy for the cleaning division that hits ambitious targets and supports Kingdom’s wider growth plan
* Pricing – Deliver commercially sound pricing models that protect profit and drive value
* Bid Management – Lead or support end-to-end bid processes, working closely with our Bid and Ops teams
* Cross-sell & Upsell – Identify wider opportunities across Kingdom’s services and convert them
* Retention – Play a key role in KEEP activity to support client retention and contract growth
* Marketing – Collaborate with the marketing team to drive strong brand presence and generate high-quality leads
* Sales Intelligence – Stay close to market trends, customer insights and competitor activity — and use this data to shape smarter strategies
* Presentations – Confidently present to clients, stakeholders and internal teams when needed
* Budgets – Manage budgets, commission structures and sales incentives for your team
* Contract Transition – Work with operational colleagues to ensure a smooth handover from sales win to service delivery
* Reporting – Track and report on key sales activity and performance outcomes regularly
