The Digital and Creative department is now seeking a dedicated and dynamic Achievement Mentor to support students with their achievement in GCSE Maths.

About you
Our new Achievement Mentor will work with small groups of up to 6 learners at a time, establishing what they need to achieve and how to develop their skills and attitudes to be successful. You will help to identify their needs and set targets, then work with them to make progress on these targets to help them achieve their qualifications supported by our Curriculum Teams. We are looking for somebody that can quickly build rapport with students, using a variety of assessment techniques and keep accurate records of attendance and progress.
As an Achievement Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting our student’s achievement and contribute to them progressing to further education employment and promising futures. This role would suit a learning professional that is energetic and collaborative in their approach to ensuring attendance and achievement is at its highest. Fantastic resources and state of the art facilities are available for our teaching staff to develop innovative and dynamic methods of delivery, maximising our offering and maintaining continuously high-quality results.
