Job Description:
As a Flexible Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in various educational settings within the East of England, specifically West Thurrock, Essex.
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across different subjects and age groups
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff
* Adapt to different teaching styles and methodologies
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles
* Effective classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience in delivering remote or online teaching
