The Opportunity
As the EHCP Coordinator you will play a key role in facilitating effective transition for young people joining our provision, and in the management and coordination of EHCP processes. You will work with Inclusion Curriculum team to ensure effective tracking of student progress towards EHCP outcomes.

About you
You will have excellent and responsive interpersonal / communication skills, you will have awareness of a wide range of inclusion needs and the impact of these on all elements of teaching, learning and assessment. You will be experienced in the management of Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) and supporting young people through transition across educational settings.
