ROLE DESCRIPTION
Role Title: Site Access Controller

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Site Access Controllers' main responsibilities include end to end management and access control across key portfolios, management of PPM site access blockers, shared access relationship management, and acting as the 1st line escalation point regarding NWR/PPM for Cornerstone customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviewing & Updating Access Information
2. Lead end to end NWR Access Requests for Planned Maintenance
3. Lead end to end Mitie Access Blockers
4. Management of all internal communications for all MSA and MSP Mitie Access Blockers
5. Daily additions, chasing/updating and resolution management
6. Daily replan management
7. VF and VMO2 relationship management
8. CS, VF and VMO2 supplier management
9. NWR ASPRO relationship management
10. Shared Access relationship management
11. BCC relationship management
12. Establish and manage SLA regarding Ground Level Access
13. Managing BAPA Request Inbox
14. Provide training for suppliers - process enforcement, reinforcement, and communications control
15. VM02 and VF escalation 1st line management

PERSON SPECIFICATION (EXPERTISE):
Required (minimum):
Experience (technical, managerial, industry): Estates management background or estate agency background, alternatively telecoms project support experience.
Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational): GCSEs A*-C; Graduate level or equivalent.
Skills / Knowledge:
* Strong communication skills required both verbal and written
* Confident telephone manner, with the ability to manage high volumes and extract the information required from the landlords to the point of escalation, relationship management, and internal/external process training sessions
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
* Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
* Work on own initiative
* Good team player
