Recruit4Staff are proud to represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Survey and Monitoring Manager to work on their newly awarded contract in the Penrhyndeudraeth area
For the successful Survey and Monitoring Manager our client is offering:
* Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
* Day shifts
* Permanent role
* Pension with up to 8% contribution from the client
* 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
* Accommodation provided
* Based on-site full-time
The Role - Survey and Monitoring Manager :
* Responsible for the surveying and deformation monitoring works on the surface, in shafts and in the tunnel.
* Responsible for the overall project requirements in geodetic surveying and deformation monitoring.
* Oversee planning, evaluation, monitoring, and surveying ensuring compliance with contractual, legal requirements, and industry standards.
* Manage the supply chain framework and drive the performance and relationship management
* Ensure work is produced within clear guidelines, set goals and strive to achieve required results consistently
* Keep management informed of business area activity and progress achieved
What our client is looking for in a Survey and Monitoring Manager:
* A minimum of 5 years as a Survey Engineer - ESSENTIAL
* Surveying Engineering Degree or Equivalent - ESSENTIAL
* Previous on-site experience in a Civil Engineering/Construction environment - ESSENTIAL
* Hold a current UK Driving Licence
