Bramah HR is recruiting for one of our excellent clients based in Fleet for a customer service executive. This is an office-based role for an established global organization within their customer service team. A fast-paced customer-facing position that would see you servicing client needs via various platforms. This will initially be a 6-month contract position but with a view to extend to 12 months and potentially longer.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide after sales support and information to customers via telephone & email.
2. Resolve customer queries and complaints.
3. Assist with all sales-related documentation, placing orders and liaising with internal operational order fulfillment teams.
4. Assist in raising relevant shipment documentation.
5. Updating internal systems relating to customer contact/order status.
6. Provide general support to the customer service team as instructed.
Skills:
1. Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
2. Previous customer-facing/customer service experience desirable.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
6. Customer-focused approach.
7. Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently using initiative.
