QHSE Coordinator

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Excellent Benefits
The ideal candidate for this role is a driven and passionate professional who takes ownership of their work and thrives in an autonomous environment. They will have a proven track record in QHSE, ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Confident in conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, they will proactively drive continuous improvement across the business. A strong communicator and influencer, they will engage stakeholders at all levels, delivering training and fostering a positive QHSE culture. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and assist in internal audits in line with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards.
2. Maintain and improve the QHSE management system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and risk assessments to promote a safe and high quality work environment.
4. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
