Job Introduction
As a Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital, you will work under the guidance of the head chef and be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. What you’ll do:
1. Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
2. Assist in menu planning and recipe development
3. Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
4. Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised
What you bring:
1. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or relevant working experience
2. Excellent culinary skills and a passion for cooking
3. Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect

40 Hours per week
Monday to Friday with 2 weekend in month
Shifts between following hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 and 19:30
Saturday: 07:00-19:00
Sunday: 07:00-14:00
£13.00 per hour
