London (this is a site-based role)

We now seeking an M&E Services Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an M&E Services Manager, you will manage building services designs and information for a portfolio of specific projects. You will be responsible for producing detailed commissioning programmes and managing the entire commissioning process, ensuring seamless integration of all building services.
About You
To be considered as an M&E Services Manager, you will need to demonstrate:
1. Qualifications appropriate to the role
2. Ability to obtain/maintain CSCS accreditation
3. Extensive MEP technical knowledge
4. An understanding of programming principles
5. Ability to review, understand and challenge construction and pre-construction programmes
6. Familiarity with the Walter Lilly Supply Chain members
7. A clear and concise understanding of CDP requirements
8. Working knowledge of temporary services and site logistic requirements
9. Experience in successfully dealing with Utility suppliers
10. Ability to understand subcontractor’s contractual responsibilities
11. An understanding of standard/commonly used contractual provisions
12. Sufficient commercial acumen
13. Ability to identify change and assess the resulting implications
14. Ability to prepare professional and accurate technical appraisal documents
15. A comprehensive understanding of commissioning access requirements
16. Significant experience of Walter Lilly market sectors
17. Ability to understand the landscape of Walter Lilly clients and consultants
18. Good construction knowledge
19. Appropriate level of IT competency
20. Experience of successfully completing several projects as the MEP lead
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
