The Operations Director will take full operational responsibility for the MBC business and is responsible for the smooth running and delivery of the business from the point of sales handover. This role will work with the Head of Sales & Accounts to maximise revenue and margin within the Division. They will be responsible for delivering all process improvement initiatives and will ensure operational business performance is at its most effective, working alongside the Health & Care senior leadership team.
* Background in operational management and financial processes
* Proven experience of leading mid-sized operational teams, high volume processes, detailed and analytical work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong influencing skills.
* Excellent ability to get senior management and directors on side to make change happen and build improvement activities
* Able to lead conversations with senior management and directors, including those new to working in a corporate environment
* Excellent communication skills verbally and written, and with both technical and non-technical minded people.
