The main goal of this position is to assist clients with disabilities, along with their families and support teams, in making positive changes through the provision of positive behavior support (PBS) at the 'Core' level as per the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) guidelines. As part of this role, you will be visiting clients with disabilities in their homes.
Key responisibilities
1. Plan and deliver high quality clinical services that are consistent with NDIS and clients requirements.
2. Work within rules and regulations of the role, and ensure deliverables are met.
3. Deliver services through effective planning, in line with targets for billed hours.
4. Build the client and their team's capacity to respond to the needs of the client.
5. Provide culturally-responsive services with considerations across the lifespan.
6. Follow requirements for NDIS reporting, including submission of reports by NDIS due dates.
7. Provide sound caseload management, including the provision on regular communication and updates to stakeholders on case progression, delivering tasks and reports in a planned and timely manner, and resolve issues and concerns that arise with clients.

10. Mandatory NDIS training modules
11. Driver's license with no restrictions and own car.
12. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
13. Home, schools, aged care facilities, and other community visits to provide services to clients as required.
