Temporary PT Administrative Assistant - Reablement Bridging Service

Pay Rate: £12.38 per hour PAYE
18.50 Wednesday – Friday, TBC
This opening assignment is for 7 months
City: BRISTOL
Basic DBS disclosure required
Working days/hours are Wednesday 09:00-12:30, Thursday 08:00 -16:00 & Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
Administrative assistant for the Re ablement Bridging Service.
Key responsibilities:
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
Processing of referrals into the Reablement Bridging Service.
Submitting referrals to the external Reablement Bridging Service providers.
Creation of referrals to the internal BCC Social Work teams.
Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Updating electronic Service User records.
Handling of sensitive data.
Gain, pass and process information regarding Service Users.
Qualifications:
GCSE’s in English and Maths.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook is beneficial.
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Previous administration experience.
Skills & Abilities:
Good communication skills, bother verbal and written
