The Land Ceptor Physical Domain team is looking for an Export Programme Lead to manage the contribution to the largest ever export contract.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.

The opportunity:
The role will require a mix of technical input, programme coordination, and people management to ensure we deliver Ground Based Air Defence Capability on time, cost, and quality. You will be building on world-class design: incorporating new ideas, functionality, and technology to deliver to customers.
The Physical Domain team is responsible for the design definition of the Land Ceptor products and manages the delivery of the hardware design including system physical architecture, internal and external supplier management, change and obsolescence management, and equipment qualification and certification.
What we're looking for from you:
* A highly motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team whilst managing the priorities of a number of varied tasks in the context of a bigger picture.
* A proven track record in delivering complex hardware or programmes, ideally internationally.
* Able to take Customer needs and requirements and convert them into tasks and work packages.
* Able to lead, co-ordinate, and prioritise engineering activities in a multi-programme environment.
* Able to estimate and allocate resources to achieve our goals.
* Be accountable for progress and spend against a plan.
* Able to travel nationally and internationally within Europe to Customers, partners, and external suppliers.
* Ideally degree educated in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
* Experience of managing budgets, plans & schedules is highly desirable.
