Then you may be interested.\n\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings specialist to join our team based in Newcastle City centre.\n\nYou will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable sales and lettings service and provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers.\n\nIf you have excellent communication and organisational skills, a team focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nWithin this varied role, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive sales and lettings service.\n\nDuties will include; Managing the client database, diary and lead generation, carrying out viewings & canvassing and assisting with listing of new properties.
