Join us as a Business Development Manager
* Take on a role within the Coutts Business Development team where you'll be responsible for coordinating with new clients from the main channels and looking for new business opportunities
* We’ll provide you with a platform to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, business partners, gaining exposure across the bank and beyond
* You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend at least two days a week working in the office
What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll network with a range of stakeholders and build strong working relationships while identifying key opportunity areas. We'll look to you to provide expertise to understand the unique profile of your customers and deliver presentations to earn their trust and respect.
In addition, you’ll also be:
* Leading and developing the new client sales strategy with others in your team
* Creating a culture of exceptional customer service and bringing our vision and values to life
* Working in partnership with our leaders across the Group to retain, acquire and grow our customer base with new business opportunities
* Using relevant technical experience and expertise to act as the main point of external engagement and relationship building
The skills you'll need
To join us in this role, we are looking for someone with strong people and communication skills. You'll have the ability to talk to clients on the telephone and to articulate the bank's offerings clearly. You'll also have a strategic mind set with the ability to organise your workload effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore, you'll have:

* Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
