They are a construction/building company working in housing and are public sector building services specialists. This company works with local authorities and social landlords to maintain and refurbish homes and properties, with the largest sectors being Social Housing and Local Authorities.
In this role, you will be working in Nottingham and will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality, while adhering to budgets.
The Role
1. Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
2. The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
3. Managing and producing all aspects of Health & Safety.
4. Working closely with Quantity Surveyors.
The Person
1. Background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.
2. Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs/voids/planned works/project works.
3. Building or refurbishment related qualification or demonstrable experience.
4. Experience within the construction industry.
