Our client is a global market leading OEM organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a Business Development Manager role covering the Hull & Yorkshire region. These are new roles to the UK business division and will play a key part of global growth and expansion. You will be able to add real value to the UK commercial team and develop a long-term career with this organisation.

2. Manufacturing, packaging, pharma, food, automotive sectors experience
3. New customer development & networking
4. Technical sales into Tier 1 Manufacturers
5. Customer partnerships - relationships
6. Maximising commercial opportunities and contract growth
7. Business development
Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business revenue streams through extending range of products/services and/or penetration into customer's business market
2. Technical sales into Tier 1 Manufacturers
3. After sales, continued support and customer development
4. Grow your geographical portfolio of clients, by mapping your market, client visits, events & media
5. Networking and attending trade events
6. Constantly increase your product knowledge to ensure you are a product ambassador
7. Strong personal customer service skills with multiple clients
8. Create an atmosphere centred on delivering superior service for both internal and external customers
9. Price negotiations, sales forecasts, and price increases
10. Contribute to the sales growth of the existing Commercial Accounts through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieving value, volume and margin targets
11. Deal with existing customers regarding ongoing and new projects - pricing/model specification/complete project management
12. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the business
