Key Responsibilities: Assist in generating new investment ideas and managing current public equity investments. Conduct portfolio monitoring, research, and due diligence on potential investments. Prepare investment proposals, build and maintain financial models, and manage relationships with companies and advisers. Ensure compliance with investment processes and support regular reporting and documentation for the investment committee. Provide data analysis and reporting for portfolio management and fund performance. Collaborate with the investment team to support the investment process through data collection and analysis. Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies: 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., private equity, corporate finance, M&A, or restructuring). A strong interest in equity markets with a genuine passion for investment. Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders. Confident self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Effective communicator, adaptable, and committed to working collaboratively within a team.
