Description
Ensure reconciliations are completed between different technology platforms to ensure all relevant data is being accurately captured.
Assist with the setup of new clients ensuring all personnel have been provided with the relevant access.
Ensure clients are correctly invoiced for all costs paid on their behalf, ensuring the applicable fees have been applied and all relevant fields updated in the system.
Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong internal and external working relationships.
Support with onboarding of new team members as well as ensure ongoing training and development for existing team members.
Be the first point of contact for escalations and team enquiries.
Arrange regular meetings with team members.
Effectively lead, manage and monitor team members ensuring customer service is delivered and maintained as well as business objectives met in a timely manner. Profile
