Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for an experienced 360 Operator with a Safety Critical Certificate on a site in Bideford, North Devon.
Job Title: 360 Operator
Location: Bideford, North Devon
Pay: £19-21 p/h
Responsibilities
* Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for digging, trenching, and grading tasks.
* Perform pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
* Execute excavation plans accurately while adhering to project specifications.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other crew members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as required.
* Conduct routine maintenance on excavators, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Valid CSCS Card (Required).
* NPORS or CPCS Card (Essential).
* Safety Critical Certificate (Required).
* Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
* Valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to dig accurately according to project specifications while maintaining safety standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks associated with excavation work.
