Rate: £23 - £29 per hour About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehaven. This is a maternity cover position for a fixed term of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties and Responsibilities: You'll be providing clinical pharmacy services to patients across various departments. You will conduct medication reviews and offer expert advice on the use of medicines. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Up to date GPhC registration. Relevant Pharmacy qualification. Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
