Position Summary We are now looking for an Operator to work in our logistics team, ensuring that the goods in are a suitable quality to make their way to the main factory production team. A day in the life of Inbound Goods Operator We are looking to recruit a new Inbound Goods Operator to work as part of a 4 person team, reporting to the Lead Operator. Responsibilities: - Receive raw materials into the goods receiving areas of the factory - Test the raw materials for suitable quality using various equipment and procedures, working with the quality team. - Update the system to represent the raw materials levels available to the production team - Maintain hygiene standards in the raw materials intake areas - Preparation and filing of Inbound Supplier Documents - Supporting with the offloading of deliveries - Working as part of a team covering shifts where required on a rota basis to ensure a full service to the Factory What will make you successful? To be successful in this key role we expect you to demonstrate a proactive initiative mindset.
