Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays may be required during busy periods) (overtime paid time and a half)
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our Body Shop team in Hinckley. This role requires a skilled professional with MET experience, capable of carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
* Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) components as part of the repair process
* Use specialist tools and equipment to carry out repairs efficiently
* Work to deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship
* Follow health & safety regulations and workshop procedures
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements:
* ✅ Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a Body Shop environment
* ✅ MET experience is essential
* ✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets
* ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* ✅ Full UK driving licence preferred
