Requirements for the role: Level 3 in Residential Childcare or above Proven experience working as a Support Worker in a Children’s Residential setting In-depth knowledge of therapeutic interventions and regulatory standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Understanding of safeguarding procedures and dedication to promoting a secure environment for young individuals. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting and empowering young individuals.
