Bring to life services that help protect the national interest In this vital role, youll ensure the hard work of Digital, Data and Technology colleagues goes live smoothly and makes a positive impact. From platform changes to new software, youll manage the transition of products or services into live operations. At the heart of everything you do will be a keen focus on making sure every requirement of the service design is realised in operation. To that end, youll plan and coordinate resources and activities across a range of projects, suppliers and operational resolver teams. Your varied remit will span methodology and procedures, acceptance criteria and analysis. Youll be a key decision maker and point of escalation. Youll also contribute to the production of management information and reports. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent plus ITIL Foundation or higher, youll bring to the role a range of key skills. Fluent in systems operations and service architecture, you have the ability to analyse, interrogate and evaluate data, and to write and interpret professional and technical documents. A good way with people is as important as your technical talent. Youre adept at customer service and stakeholder management, both in person and in writing.
