WES is also one of the leading engineering company in Europe specialising in working with hard metals. They produce wear products, piece parts, and punch die sets in a variety of materials with close tolerance working. With recent investment in multi-pallet Matsuura milling machines the company has capacity to grow into and is targeting Advanced Engineering Markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Sales Manager at WES Engineering Solutions in Redruth. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for filling our existing machining capacity by managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also oversee sales performance and collaborate with marketing and product teams. Regular UK Travel is expected.
Qualifications
* Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* An understanding of CNC machining
* Knowledge of the engineering or manufacturing industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
