The Service Team manager Role will provide a high quality, safe and effective support to Bupa corporate customers. You'll help us make health happen by:
* Managing a team of Remote Counsellor/Psychotherapists
* Leading, developing and motivate our front-line employees to deliver excellent service for our customers supported by review and coaching.
* Supporting the culture of continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer's needs and delivering process improvements.
* Investigating remedial action if development plans/performance targets are not acted upon within agreed timescales, follow through to a fair and reasonable outcome for both the individual and Bupa.
* Mentoring staff in new process or system development, delivering ad hoc 121 training thereby ensuring thorough understanding of best practice.
* Maximising available resources through robust management of punctuality and absence, ensuring a consistent approach across the business unit.

Previous experience of managing front-line employees within a customer focused environment would be desirable.
* Thorough product knowledge (internal only).
* Experience of principles of continuous improvement/QMS
* Ability to demonstrate customer led thinking.

* Strong planning and time management is essential.
