Job Description
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative leader to provide strategic and management support to the organisation's premises portfolio. This is a key role, supporting the Head of Business Resources with premises development and leading day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will:
* Effectively and efficiently manage site resources;
* Proactively develop the premises to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation;
* Ensure a safe working and learning environment in accordance with relevant legislation;
* Have relevant experience in managing and leading a team;
* Have the ability to be flexible and work across multiple sites.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience in premises and facilities management in a similar environment. IOSH or NEBOSH would be ideal, along with experience managing a team of operational staff. Health and Safety, Project Management, and staff management experience will be key skills required for this role.
