Key Responsibilities
* To work alongside the class teacher and other members of staff to maintain a meaningful, supporting, and secure learning environment.
* To deliver small group/1:1 intervention.
* To be part of a classroom team, under the direction of the class teacher and/or learning mentors.
* To support pupils with their personal and behavioural development.
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Have Team Teach Qualification or other positive handling experience.
* Have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service.
* Be positive, dedicated, and resilient – as it is a challenging role, but can be very rewarding.
* Have excellent verbal and written skills.
* Have a calm, patient, and positive approach to your work and the ability to communicate well on all levels.
