As an ambitious and motivated Process Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of business process management within our organization. In this role, you will act as the go-to expert for all process-related topics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for all process-related topics.
* Manage business process requirements and facilitate the definition of process needs from various business areas.
* Analyze the current status through process documentation and real-life sample checks.
* Identify improvement areas and execute action plans to enhance processes.
* Assess and implement relevant process changes within the TGRE IT system landscape (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Teamcenter).
* Lead and moderate workshops focused on process improvements and Kaizen activities.
* New Process Implementation: Define and draft process scope in collaboration with Process Owners and Members and establish and support the launch of new processes.
* Develop and maintain an appropriate process layer structure.
* Take responsibility for the entire process management cycle: Process Identification, Definition & Modelling, Process Approval, Process Communication, and Process Performance.
* Conduct audits to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and fit TGRE’s business model.
Minimum Requirements:
* Have a university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
* Show proven experience in business process management.
* Display strong skills in communication, moderation, and presentation.
* Have preferably knowledge in process modeling software.
* Have the ability to work independently, in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
* Be a collaborative team player with a responsible working style and strong organizational skills.
* Be an advanced user of Microsoft Office.
* Show strong intercultural skills with the ability to excel in a dynamic, international environment.
