About the Role: HLTA: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral part in delivering a high-quality education experience. Working closely with classroom teachers, you will help to plan, prepare, and implement engaging lessons and activities that cater to the individual needs of our students. Your support will be crucial in creating a safe, energetic, and positive learning environment where children feel valued and motivated to excel. Key Responsibilities: As an HLTA, you will: • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver creative learning experiences. • Support pupils in both academic and social development through targeted interventions. • Assist in the management of classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere. • Provide one-to-one support for pupils requiring additional help.• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities. Application Requirements: • Proven experience in a teaching assistant role within a primary school setting. • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive, flexible approach with a passion for educational excellence. • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
