Our well-established client based in Swindon are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their fast-growing team!
Accounts Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
* Direct dispatch of orders
* Making sale calls, bringing new business in
* Data processing
* Requesting quotes for transport
* Tracking customer orders while updating customers
* Maintain stock levels
* Communicating with warehouse to ensure orders are processed correctly
* Invoicing stock
* Maintain and update the company website
* Working closely with directors to ensure customer orders are dealt with
* Processing customer returns and customer queries
* Keeping the work place neat, tidy and organized at all times
* Maintaining filing systems - online customers and supplier
* Helping within the warehouse when needed
Accounts Administrator Ideal Candidate:
* Experience within accounts
* Previously worked on SAGE or other accountancy software
* Administration experience
* Be IT Literate, working on Excel and other Microsoft software
Accounts Administrator Working hours and Benefits:
* Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00
