The Program Manager plays a key role on the team and drives program alignment across new channels including Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Transactional communication, and others. This individual will 1) develop, implement, and optimize processes for outbound channels, 2) act as a liaison between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather project requirements, and 3) support global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of telemarketing, direct mail, and other outbound communications. They will collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize projects.
Key job responsibilities
1. Ensure organizational adherence to outbound channel processes and best practices across Telemarketing, Direct Mail, and Transactional programs, along with proper platform management and upkeep.
2. Design, execute, and enhance workflows for outbound communication channels.
3. Gather and confirm collateral from global stakeholders, assign clear responsibilities, meet deadlines, monitor progress, and provide concise updates.
4. Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.
5. Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).
6. Track outbound best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
