What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring swift and supportive responses.
✅ Driving employee engagement & well-being initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
✅ Supporting HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
✅ Conducting exit interviews and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
✅ Attending and supporting in grievance, capability, and disciplinary meetings.
✅ Collaborating across teams and regions to develop and implement exciting HR projects.
✅ Reviewing and refining HR policies & procedures to keep us ahead of the game.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in HR (ideally as an HR Coordinator or similar).
✔️ A confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
✔️ A proactive mindset – always looking for ways to improve processes.
✔️ Willingness to travel when required.
