You must have experience leading a sales team of 10+ sales consultants, achieving multi 6/7 figure revenue each month with consistent delivery.
Expected Salary: £38,000 - £80,000 (Base Salary + Monthly Paid Commission)

We need a highly driven & experienced tele-sales manager capable of making a significant impact and leading our sales team to success.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver performance for 8 Sales Consultants
* Call Monitoring: Review sales calls to ensure quality and effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and enhance sales performance daily
* Lead Daily Morning Meetings: Inspire the team, prepare for successful sales days, and highlight immediate improvement areas from the previous day
* Conduct Managerial Meetings: Analyze sales performance and report key insights to senior management
* Foster a Results-Driven Environment: Hold the team accountable, such as maintaining a minimum of 2 hours of talk time daily
Skills:
* At least 4 years of tele-sales management experience
* Proven track record of growing a business
* Experience managing a high-performing sales team
* Natural ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Desired Skills:
* Experience or knowledge in direct telesales companies
* Understanding of the property industry
