Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant,your responsibilities will vary. You will
* Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics.

Qualifications required
* Evidence of CPD
* NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
* A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
