Administrator My client is looking for a candidate who enjoys providing a high level of customer service, intertwined with good interpersonal, organisational skills and a professional manner. They are looking for an individual who has strong administration experience that will enjoy being part of a close-knit team. Responsibilities will include: Manage incoming calls deal with supplier/customer queries and escalate where appropriate Greet walk in customers, assist with queries and problem solve where necessary Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner Update customers on a regular basis with regards to their orders Maintain customer records on databases Logging quotation enquires Represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times Skills and Experience Strong IT skills required Outstanding communication and customer service skills Team player with flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision Organisation and attention to detail is essential Flexible approach - multitask and be flexible in all areas of the role Candidates must be residing and eligible to work in the United Kingdom, we will not accept oversea applications. Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm or 8am – 4pm This role would be suited to an individual that lives locally The start date for the role would be January 2025.
