As a member of the Defence and Security sustainability network, you will have a key role in working with our clients, supply chain and internal teams to translate commitments into delivery and ensuring win-win outcomes. This means you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and draw on the experience of those around you to deliver in a complex and challenging environment. Collaboration with the leadership team, sustainability experts and those in project delivery will be necessary to improve sustainability performance for us and for our clients. You will be able to see the bigger picture and know where the detail is important. You will have expertise in an area such as sustainability, environmental management, net zero, energy transition, circular economy, social value, business transformation, cultural/ behavioural change or climate change adaption/ resilience.
