Job Description: We are seeking a performance marketer with a passion for Paid Search and Paid Social. You will be joining a supportive marketing team, ready to help you enhance your digital acquisition skills and achieve your professional goals. You have previous experience managing paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns, ideally within a SaaS business. Proficient in Excel, you enjoy analyzing complex data sets and have a keen eye for problem-solving. You’re motivated to meet and exceed revenue and ROI targets through strategic thinking and execution. What does a Junior Digital Acquisitions Executive do at Joblogic? Demonstrates a solid understanding of the Google AdWords platform, including AdWords Editor, AdWords Scripts, and Google Analytics. Manages social performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Amazon Advertising, and YouTube Ads. Conducts in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to develop effective campaign strategies. Understands and implements manual and automated bidding strategies to optimize performance. Creates and optimizes ad copy, focusing on engaging headlines, descriptions, and CTAs. Leverages targeting techniques (geographic, demographic, and contextual) to maximize campaign performance. Sets up and analyzes conversion tracking to measure and enhance campaign results. Uses data visualization tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement. Combines SEO knowledge with AdWords strategies for better results. Manages large-scale campaigns, including budget allocation and bid adjustments. What are we looking for?
