Key Responsibilities
will include -
1. Define the logistics centre of gravity as their customer base, supply chain and manufacturing locations evolve.
2. Continuously review opportunities to reduce costs and increase utilisation of the supply chain elements as the growth strategy unfolds.
3. Responsible for warehouse management in the UK, France, Italy & Germany.
4. Responsible for global Logistics and shipping (excludes USA & Australia)
5. Creation and management of the sales & operations planning fulfilment processes.
6. Development, delivery and coordination of integrated planning demand management and supply capability within agreed cost parameters.
7. Management and leadership of a Team of 6 Supply Chain professionals.
Candidates background & experience -
8. Minimum of 5 years senior Global Supply Chain experience.
9. Operationally and commercially astute.
10. Proven success in delivering improvements across warehouse operations, production planning/operations, inventory management, management control and reporting.
11. Experience of managing, leading, coaching and mentoring a team.
12. Excellent interpersonal- both internal and external -stakeholder management skills.
13. Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
14. Strong communicator and influencer.
15. Languages English plus French, German preferred but not essential.
