Duties will include:
* Creation of files and data entry
* Monitoring shipping processes
* Arranging freight from origin country to destination country for overseas jobs
* Customer Service
* Creating job sheets
* Authorising purchase invoices
* Sending out invoices to customers
* General administration duties
Experience/Skills required:
* Confident telephone manner
* Good computer skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Experience of working in a busy admin role previously
* Experience in customs, freight or logistics would be highly advantageous
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9-5pm
