Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster.
The Training Support Administrator will support the provision of courses and Royal Naval training administration based on site at BRNC (Britannia Royal Naval College).
What you'll be doing:
* Entering data into the MOD administration System.
* Recording, updating and maintaining necessary supporting documentation for Royal Navy Instructors.
* Ensuring trainees tests and examinations are recorded on appropriate MOD systems.
* Administering incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Carrying out post-course discussions with trainees.
* Arranging course travel and accommodation requirements.
What we're looking for:
* Previous administration experience.
* Confidence speaking in front of a group.
* Good IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Team player with the ability to use own initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level.
