In this key role, you will support young people aged 17&x2013;24 to transition successfully to adulthood. You will work closely with young people, placing them at the heart of decision-making, and help them achieve independence and a bright future. You will be the allocated worker and key contact for your young people, offering practical, personal, and emotional support. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while contributing to positive outcomes.
