Administrator for our Higher Education English Language Assessments Team
QA Higher Education, London based, Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Hybrid working, Fulltime Maternity Contract (12 months)
Are you a recent graduate or an administrator looking for a new challenge in a rewarding higher education business? Ideally, you will have administration experience within the education sector (preferred) or within a busy back-office function where organisation, attention to detail, and communication are key.
About our role: As Assessments Administrator, you will be providing support with all the required student pre-enrolment assessments, all relevant admin work, ensuring excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Good IT, Word, and Excel skills are a MUST, and occasional Saturdays may be required.
Here’s a flavour of what’s involved:
1. Deliver day-to-day responsibilities within the admin team, e.g., preparing app packs, results communications, communicating with applicants, checking applicants’ documents and details on the CRM system, and other relevant tasks.
2. Test set up, invigilation, archiving, completing spreadsheets, forms, and all relevant admin work to the department.
3. Work closely with the assessment team and relevant departments within the company to deliver the given tasks and responsibilities.
4. Provide support to other teams and departments within QAHE when required.
5. Travel to other centres to assist with test administrations and relevant admin work, if required.
6. Ensure full compliance with all internal and external protocols.
7. Maintain full auditable records of all assessments’ activities.

* Good word processing and Excel skills.
* Ability to relate to candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds.
* Flexible approach to working hours.
* Ability to plan & organise efficiently.
* Structured and clear communication skills.
* Confident and self-motivated.
