Job title: Traffic Marshall

Duties/Key responsibilities:
Ensure all visitors are greeted correctly and represent the company to the best of their ability
Directing traffic: Safely guide vehicles to their destination, and ensure the smooth flow of traffic
Setting up traffic management systems: Install and maintain cones, barriers, signs, and other equipment
Monitoring traffic: Keep an eye on traffic flow and adjust systems as needed
Communicating: Interact with drivers, pedestrians, and other workers to ensure safety
Reporting incidents: Alert the appropriate personnel to any incidents or safety hazards
Providing customer service: Assist drivers of large vehicles
Maintaining pedestrian routes: Preserve routes for pedestrians
Conducting risk assessments: Evaluate potential risksTo be successful in this role you must have:
Valid CSCS card
Valid Traffic Marshall card
Full PPE
