Join to apply for the Consultant in Older Adult Psychiatry, Dementia Diagnosis role at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
This new post is for a Consultant Older Adult Psychiatrist in the recently transformed services for older people which include memory assessment services, community dementia team and older persons community team for functional disorders.
The successful applicant will provide support to the frailty team at George Eliot Hospital in diagnosis and treatment of dementia patients.

The Consultant will work closely with the Frailty team and the Admiral nurses who provide post-diagnostic support when the patient is an in-patient and then refers to the appropriate out-patient post-diagnostic support.
