The Trust currently operates hybrid working from one of the Trust bases (The West Bridgford School, The Kimberley School and The Joseph Whitaker School from Jan 2025) and home.
The East Midlands Education Trust represents the full educational age range of 3-19. There are 12 Primary, 9 Secondary and an alternative provider. The Trust is looking to appoint a Senior Estates Business Partner to join our central team.
We are looking for a professional to help deliver the Trust’s estates strategy which will involve supporting our schools in all areas of facilities management, project management, health and safety compliance and environmental performance. The successful applicant will manage the day to day running and line management of the Estates Team. The role will require someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a demanding workload, have excellent attention to detail, is flexible in their approach to work, resilient and has excellent communication skills. It will involve working closely with the central team, individual school leaders, and relevant external bodies. We are looking for a keen self-driven person with the willingness to develop further professionally.
